Guest Access Guest access - Guests have full access to the entire upstairs home and the large, fully fenced backyard. - One cleaning closet is locked and not available for guest use. - A separate basement apartment has its own private entrance. It is available to rent in addition to the upstairs home if you need extra space. - If the basement apartment is not rented, it will remain unoccupied and will not be rented to other guests during your stay. - The owner lives out of town most of the time and is extremely quiet; on rare occasions when working in Missoula they may use the basement apartment.

Kitchen countertops are worn. We hope to replace them soon! We are a pet friendly property and we allow up to two dogs. Please note we do charge a one time $75 pet fee to cover extra cleaning cost. Please be sure to include your pups with your reservation so we can prepare for them.

Neighborhood overview
Our home is locate in a very safe, family friendly neighborhood. On a corner lot. The location is very desirable because of its proximity to downtown and the University. It is an easy walk / bike ride to the University and downtown and free public transportation is just a block away.
Transit
Free on sight street parking for two cars. Mountain Line bus access is one block away, with free wifi and zero emissions. Walking and biking is easy the house is so centrally located that its often faster to bike than to drive and park!

House Manual • WiFi: Network: Hayworth, Password: nursedebbie • Coffee Maker: No paper filter needed. • Cleaning Supplies: Located above the laundry machine for safety. • TV & Streaming: We do not have cable, but you’re welcome to sign into your streaming accounts. • Echo Dot: In the kitchen, responds to “Hey Alexa.” Unplug if not wanted. • Fireplace: Decorative only—fires are not allowed per city regulations. • Plumbing: The home was built in the 1940s, and the plumbing is sensitive. DO NOT flush feminine products—please use the trash can. • Garbage: Must be placed in the blue can outside the backyard fence in the alley. Garbage is collected on Wednesdays. • Doors & Windows: Please close all doors and windows and lock upon departure. Pet Policy • A $75 fee per dog applies, and we allow one dog unless pre-approved. • Please pick up after your pet—plastic baggies are provided. • Dogs are not allowed on furniture unless you use the protective sheets provided. • Do not leave your dog unattended inside. If you leave, please take your dog with you or keep them in the fenced backyard. No Smoking Policy This is a smoke-free home—no smoking of any kind is allowed inside. A $500 fee will be charged for cleaning and deodorizing if smoking occurs indoors. If you’d like to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of waste in the garbage can in the alley.
