Your Montana adventure starts here. Step into this beautifully remodeled A-frame, perfectly set on 1.4 fully fenced acres in the heart of Mineral County. With space for family, friends, and your four-legged companions, it’s the ideal base for both relaxation and exploration. Inside, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms: a primary suite with a king bed and its own private full bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen, and a third with two twins, plus a second full bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The open-concept living area features soaring ceilings with exposed wood beams, a bright, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy gathering space to unwind after a day outdoors. Outside, there’s something for everyone: a fenced pasture for horses, a separate secure area for dogs, an outdoor garage for bikes, fishing gear, or winter storage, and a campfire ring for evenings under Montana’s star-filled skies. Just minutes away, the town of Superior offers a grocery store, local bars and restaurants, a gas station, and even a community skate park. With 90% of Mineral County made up of public lands, endless hiking, biking, and exploring await. The Clark Fork River is just steps from the property, perfect for fishing, floating, or simply soaking in the views. For day trips, Missoula is only 45 minutes away for shopping and dining, Quinn’s Hot Springs is 35 minutes for a relaxing soak, and in winter, Lookout Pass Ski Area and the famous Hiawatha Trail are less than an hour away. We love our furry friends and do allow up to two dogs. We charge a $75 dollar pet fee per reservation to cover the extra cleaning costs. The charge is applied at the time of placing the reservation. This is a horse friendly property with a fully fenced area for horses ( you must provide your own equipment / feed.) Safe fencing, nearby riding trails and local arenas make it a great stop for equestrian travelers.
